Step 1: Consult Call
To learn more, have your questions answered, and get to know each other a bit to learn if we are the right fit
This is a phone call at a scheduled time that works for both of us. Usually 15-20 minutes.
Step 3: Schedule a telehealth session
If you have an ongoing session, you can change or schedule with Emily directly via email.

Release of Information (optional)
Sliding Scale Form/ Financial Wayfinding (optional)
Step 4: Make a creative space
It is a good idea to get a regular creative space to do sessions, something cozy, private and all yours. It is the first gift you give yourself in therapy. Some people use a park table, their car, a closet, or a corner table. Some have their own creative space already set.
Think of one feeling you would like to embody during your creative process. Consider this as you arrange environment you are creating. More here.
Studio Visit
If you'd like to visit Emily's studio office, chat with her in session for details. Known barriers: transportation, steps (with railing), and animal allergies (cat and dog).
